In the early morning of March 22th three peace activists continued the disarmament of Swedish weapons at Saab Aerospace Systems’ weapons factory in Linköping, Sweden. Martin Smedjeback, Annika Spalde and Pelle Strindlund were on their way to disarm Jas 39 Gripen fighter jets, planes intended for export to India, Thailand and South Africa. Unfortunately they didn’t make it all the way before security guards discovered them, but at least now there´s several holes in the barbed wire fence and doors are opened for anyone to pick up where they left!
