    ACCOMMODATION

    VOLUNTEER
There are a lot of things that you can help out with at the EPA forum. Please let us know if and how you can help out:
    http://europeanpeaceaction.org/volunteer
You can also use this form to order posters and flyers.

    ACTION DAY
Planning for the Day of Action against militarism, the 19th September, is progressing. We will provide training, legal briefing and different ideas for nonviolent direct action, arrestable and non arrestable.
Suggested action targets in the area are Aimpoint - a major provider of sighting technology for the US Army and BAE Systems, Europe's biggest weapons manufacturer.
It will also be possible to join more symbolic actions in central Malmö.

If you and the group you are coming with wants to do a particular action with your affinity group, please contact us in advance for information and suggestions.
Use encrypted mail if possible. Our public pgp-key can be downloaded here:

    FILMS
Café Fredis (Peace Café) will be running during the whole forum as a café, chillout and meeting space for peace activists. One of the planned activities for Fredis is to show films of peace actions from different parts of Europe. If you or your organisation can contribute with films - please send a copy to the address at the end of this letter.

    FUNDRAISING
We are still in need of funds for EPA, for venues, translators, microphones etc. It is also needed for travel expenses for organisations and workshop leaders who don't have the means to pay for it themselves.

    How to give donations:

    ADVERTISING FOR YOUR ORGANISATION
If your organisation are willing to contribute to the EPA, you can get an advert in the EPA magazine that will be distributed all over the forum. An excellent opportunity to reach out to the 20 000 activists gathered in Malmö!
    Email magazine@europeanpeaceaction.org for more information.
